Healthy Baked Tortilla Chips






These chips are supper simple!




  1. Preheat the oven to 350*
  2. Cut tortilla wraps in to triangles and lay them on to a cookie sheet or a backing pan
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the wraps and sprinkle and seasonings you want. (salt, garlic powder, ect.)
  4. Bake from 8-10 minutes or until crispy to your liking 
Serve with guacamole or make home made nachos! YUMMY
No Bake Protein Bits





If you are looking for an amazing and quick snack that is still healthy, then you absolutely need to try these No Bake Protein Bits! I was looking for something that I could back a big batch of and keep in the freezer for those times that I think I am going to take a step back from my diet.


Ingredients
  • ·         1-1/4 rolled oats (not the instant oatmeal)
  • ·         1/3 cup of honey
  • ·         1 Tsp Vanilla
  • ·         ½ cup peanut butter
  • ·         ½ cup coconut oil
  • ·         1/3 cup of chocolate chips
  • ·         2 tbsp of ground Flax Seed
  • ·         shredded coconut

Materials needed
·         Mixing bowl
·         Mixing spoon
·         Measuring cups
·         Zip lock bag

  1.    Combined all ingredients except the shredded coconut into a mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  2.      Set in the fridge for no less the 30 min
  3.     Form mixture into small to medium size balls (no bigger than a golf ball)    
  4.     .  Roll bits in the shredded coconut and place on a plate and freeze for an hour (or until firm)
  5.       Transfer from plate to zip lock bag and store in freezer
